Steal understands life is tough and extremely complex. When it comes to seeking help, he knows it can be hard to find someone that you can trust and be able to discuss the intense “stuff”. Steal sees therapy as a way to gain tools that will help guide clients through this life.
Steal has worked with adults, kids, and families that have struggled with coping skills, triggers, family complexities, trauma/abuse, anxiety/depression, ADHD/ADD, communication issues, setting boundaries, health anxiety issues, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, behavioral problems, and some substance dependence.
Steal enjoys being able to sit down with his clients and help them gain the tools they need to have a more successful life. His belief is that many things in life can be a challenge but having knowledge of healthy ways through those challenges is key. Having support and care from others is so important, and Steal would like to help and guide you through those together.
Steal has conducted psychological research on caffeine, anxiety sensitivity, and sleep problems that he presented in Denver, Colorado in 2022. This study has now been published in a scientific journal. He has experience with administering psychological tests designed to measure intelligence, personality, and learning disorders.
Steal also writes blogs for lawyers across the United States, writes and directs movies, records podcasts each week, paints, and researches various topics for fun, ranging from quantum physics to defending God’s existence.
